• A booking is confirmed only against 100% advance payment, before the journey starts.

Immediate Return Trips

• The immediate return rate applies only if the cab returns the same day within 10 hours.
• Halting up to one hour is complimentary outside the airport. After that, ₹200 per hour is charged.
• Airport parking is charged separately at ₹300 per 30 minutes.

Luggage

As per Government and RTO rules, no carrier or luggage is allowed on top of the vehicle. All luggage must fit in the car boot, within the limits in the vehicle table above.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the journey: 25% is charged and 75% is refunded.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before the journey: no refund.

How Early Should You Leave Pune For Your Flight?

Work backwards from departure: terminal arrival buffer (commonly about 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one), plus a 4–6 hour drive, plus a cushion for traffic or rain.
